A great apartment in the centre

Very good location, next to Gran Via, clean apartment with very modern fittings and two bathrooms! WiFi was fast and the bed was comfortable.

Upon arrival we had to wait for about 35 minutes for the agent to arrive in order to check us in which took some time. But the staff were very friendly and apologetic. It was surprising that there was no microwave in the modern kitchen but there was an oven.

Wonderful apartment on a quiet street. 3 minutes waking from Gran Via. very comfortable and clean. kind hosts.

There was not enough shampoo, bed linen and toilet paper.

Excellent accommodation centrally located

Comfort, welcome package, well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, extra towels and bed linen. Nice location, quiet area, local market nearby as well as excellent wine shop across the road.

Heating was poor, only 17 degrees in the bedroom.

Surprised!

The high standard and size of the apartment really surprised us. Best accommodation we have had so far. Very friendly and helpful staff. Gran Vía and the metro only minutes away.

Really nothing but if I have to, a microwave oven.

Cosy flat , well equipped in nice quiet street

the whole flat is cosy and well equipped . the view from the window is of two nice streets and rooftops. there is is a nice Cuban bar one minute from the flat as well as plenty of Chinese restaurant...in case you want a break from the delicious Spanish food :). the location is central and within walking distance of Malasana & Chueca district.

the company take the full payment of the rental before your free cancellation period is over so in case you change your mind at the last minute ....you will have to wait for a refund .... just to say

Modern and spacious apartment, well located

Very good situation, 100 meters from the metro station. Modern and freshly renovated apartment. Very spacious and calm.

Had to wait 15 minutes before getting the keys. Too long process for the check-in (10 mn minimum). Staff difficult to contact. Very poor wifi signal. Expensive price for the cleaning. BE CARFUL: 250€ for deposit is required.

This is a convenient studio on the upper floor of a...

This is a convenient studio on the upper floor of a centrally located house. That means good privacy. Good bed, decent matress. Good shower (no bath) and kitchen with all you need (nespresso machine, dish washer, wash machine, sizeable fridge). In the small living room a sofa enough for 2 with t.v. that offers Netflix. Location is very convenient: less than 100 m from metrostation Plaza Espana, 50 m from a Carrefour supermarket, 100 m from the busy Gran Via and from the apartment you can step right into the allies of Malasaña with bars, restaurants and art shops. Madrid can easily be explored on foot, this place is well located.

If you do not like airco in the spring or fall and want to sleep with the windows open: bring ear plugs, because late hour visitors and cars make noise in the narrow streets. The reservation is not done through Booking.com, but by the renting agency. They expect you to pay all (+including deposit) beforehand, so no idea about cancellation policies. I had no trouble, though, because the deposit was transferred within 2 days after I left.
